The guy calling the plays on this is Larry Welk (Lawrence’s son.)  His cadence/speaking style/voice is so similar to Sam Seder’s that if I didn’t know it was Larry, I’d swear it was Sam doing the play calling -

but turns into a cop worrying about trains …
